There are numerous municipalities located in Bay County. Each city has its own zoning rules and regulations.
Some of these differ from the regulations put in place by the county. The Bay County Geographic Information
Systems website contains links to the municipal websites in addition to an interactive map. The map is a useful
tool in determining the proper zoning and usage of all real estate in Bay County. The interactive map also
contains wetlands locations and other helpful information
